MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521132268 A) filed by Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, on Dec. 26, 2025, for 'multi-lingual market interaction assistive system.'

Inventor(s) include G Mahesh Babu; Dipesh Ramji Dhebe; Dr. Madhu Shukla; Simrin Fathima Syed; Vipul Ladva; Akshay Ranpariya; and Neel Dholakia.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A multi-lingual market interaction assistive system, comprising of a housing 101 integrated with a sensing unit 104 capturing visual and dimensional data of products in vicinity of the housing 101 by feeding into a detection module, a microphone 106 to determine a communication barrier between the user and the seller, a translation module translates the languages of the user and the seller, upon detection of the communication barrier, by recording voices via the microphone 106 and output the translated audio via a speaker 107, a scanning module scans the characteristics of the product, a flap 105 positions the product for scanning, a tapping unit applies a force and determine reaction of product, an analysis module captures details of product via the sensing unit 104, the microphone 106 and the weight sensor to determine anomalies in the product, a projection unit 114 visually indicates the anomalies detected by the analysis module."
