Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Multi-Layered Polymer Product With Single Don Function' Filed by Wrp Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517069415 A) filed by Wrp Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., Selangor, Malaysia, on July 21, for 'multi-layered polymer product with single don function.'

Inventor(s) include Goh, Bee Hong; Muthu, Letchemy; Ng, Geok Chin; Swaminathan, Nadarajah; Leong, Wai Leong; Therumoorthe, Mahaletchumy; Mazlam, Muhamad Shahril Mazwan; and Roslan, Nur Afifah Farhana.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a multi-layered polymer product (1) in a single don, that comprises, a main body (4) and a secondary body (5), characterized in that the main body (4) and secondary body (5) have an outer, an intermediate layer comprising an anti- tack solution coating and a polymer coating, and an inner layer (3). The manufacturing process of the multi-layered polymer product (1) is also disclosed to be a dipping process that is made up of three latex layers."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 31, 2023, under International application No.PCT/MY2023/050021.
