The first layer is operatively connected to a scanner which is operatively connected to a storage device for storing the data decrypted by the scanner. The storage device (280) can act as an intermediary between the scanner and a server (281). The latter is operatively connected to the system as a central component, for receiving and processing information. A method of creating a QR code of the QR code system and a method of applying the multi-layered dynamic QR code system (100) are also disclosed."
