The tool comprises an ergonomic handle with a finger guard, a stainless-steel blade assembly including a replaceable blade tip, an adjustable depth knob for controlling penetration, and a vein catcher integrated along the blade. The adjustable depth mechanism accommodates shrimp of varying sizes, while the dual-curved blade lifts the shell without damaging the meat. The vein catcher collects and removes the dorsal vein during peeling, eliminating manual pinching or multiple cuts. Constructed from food-grade, corrosion-resistant materials, and lightweight for single-handed operation, the tool offers improved hygiene, efficiency, and safety for domestic and industrial shrimp processing."
