The incoming air passes io through an air liner insole (3) made of soft cellulose material and interfaces with a removable gel pad placed inside a gel pad cavity (4), producing a cooling effect. The gel pad is secured using a holder strap (6) and can be replaced after cooling before each use. The cooled air is distributed over an inner head contacting layer (7) to reduce heat and sweat accumulation. The air finally exits through an air passage outlet is (.5) provided at the rear, maintaining continuous airflow. The invention provides a simple, reusable, and effective cooling mechanism integrated within protective head gear, ensuring enhanced comfort during prolonged usage."
