MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517056542 A) filed by Nhk Spring Co. Ltd., Kanagawa, Japan, on June 12, for 'motor core manufacturing device, and motor core manufacturing method.'
Inventor(s) include Ohmori, Makoto; Sato, Kei; Furuya, Takumi; and Kinoshita, Jun.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A motor core manufacturing device according to the present disclosure includes: a die that can retain a motor core including a plurality of resin fill sections that are provided in a ring shape with prescribed intervals therebetween; a ring-shaped chamber that is in communication with a resin fill passage formed in the die, an end section of said resin fill passage being able to be in communication with each of the plurality resin fill sections, and can accommodate a ring-shaped resin material with a prescribed thickness in the interior thereof; a ring-shaped plunger that can move within the ring-shaped chamber; and heaters that include a first heater provided within the die and a second heater provided at the outside circumference of the ring-shaped chamber."
