MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079301 A) filed by Honda Motor Co. Ltd., Tokyo, on Aug. 21, for 'motor.'
Inventor(s) include Shirasuna Takamori; and Kawano Masato.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "According to the present invention, the torque of a motor is improved by expanding the width of a magnetic flux path. A motor (10) having a stator core (24) around which a coil (22) is wound, and an insulator (20) interposed between the stator core (24) and the coil (22), wherein the surface of the stator core (24) that faces the coil (22), with the insulator (20) therebetween, is provided with stator core recess and projection portions (51, 52) that are recessed and project in a direction intersecting with the coil (22)."
