MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641022358 A) filed by Saveetha Institute Of Medical And Technical Sciences, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Feb. 25, for 'morin multi smart ring.'

The device features a mini-OLED/AMOLED display to show real-time vitals and time. A unique thermoelectric generator (TEG) converts body heat into electrical energy, reducing dependency on wired charging. The ring connects to smartphones via Blueluulh, enabling data visualization, trend tracking, and personalized alerts. Constructed using medical-grade materials, the ring ensures comfort, sweatproof and water-resistant functionality for long-term wear. The device also incorporates bio-defense sensing technology to detect potentially harmful substances in the environment, enhancing user safety."
