MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057717 A) filed by Corteva Agriscience Llc, Indianapolis, U.S.A., on June 16, for 'molecule having pesticidal utility and processes related thereto.'

Inventor(s) include Baidoo, Richard; Bangel, Bryston L; Loso, Michael R.; and Mishra, Rajesh Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This disclosure relates to the field of a molecule having pesticidal utility against pests in Phylum Nematoda, and processes of using such a molecule on such pests. This pesticidal molecule may be used in pesticidal compositions, such as, for example, nematicidal compositions."

The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 19, 2023, under International application No.PCT/US2023/084770.
