MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020034 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 18, 2024, for 'modular wheel storage device.'
Inventor(s) include Anil Kumar; R. P. Agarwal; Jasvir Singh Rana; and Vinit Vishnoi.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A modular wheel storage device, comprising a frame 1 having a circular platform 2 positioned on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 3 accessed by a user for providing input regarding storage of a number of wheels, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 determine dimensions of wheels for actuating an expandable pulley arrangement 5 to expand for accommodating wheels, a pair of robotic arms 6 actuated by microcontroller for gripping and positioning user-specified number of wheels onto platform 2, multiple telescopically operated rods 7 extend/retract for covering sides of accommodated wheels to secure wheels, a dust sensor monitoring intensity of dust/dirt stained on wheels, water reservoir 8 integrated with an electronically controlled nozzle 9 release high-pressurized water onto wheels to clean wheels, a GPS module monitoring location of frame 1, multiple motorized rollers 10 moving frame 1 at a user-specified location as provided by user on panel 3."
