According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The system utilizes a series of lightweight structural frames, insulated composite wall and roof panels, and prefabricated floor assemblies that can be transported in compact, flat-packed form and assembled on-site with minimal labor, tools, and technical expertise. All components are engineered with standardized dimensions, universal connection interfaces, and alignment-guided mechanisms that ensure quick installation, consistent fitment, and reliable structural performance. The housing units can be deployed as standalone shelters or combined horizontally and vertically to form larger, multi-room or multi-level structures. The system incorporates integrated service channels for electrical wiring, water supply, wastewater discharge, ventilation, and optional communication cabling, enabling plug-and-play utility installation without extensive on-site engineering work. The materials used in the panels provide enhanced thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and weather durability, ensuring occupant comfort and system longevity in both harsh and moderate climates. A distinctive feature of the work is its high reusability."
