MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621003919 A) filed by Sage University, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on Jan. 14, for 'mobility aid device and method of operation of mobility aid device.'

The processor acquires gait data from an inertial measurement sensor (212) and a pressure sensor (214). The processor (204) generates a personalized gait profile based on the gait data, wherein the personalized gait profile comprises stride characteristics, balance patterns, and weight distribution patterns. The processor (204) generates adaptive guidance data (222) based on the identified environmental features and the personalized gait profile. The processor (204) outputs navigation alerts through the mobility aid device (102) based on the adaptive guidance data (222)."
