MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105022 A) filed by Chitkara University; and Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, on Oct. 30, 2025, for 'mobile autonomous cooling and air purification device.'
Inventor(s) include Ashita; and Dr. Shankar Shambhu.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A mobile autonomous cooling and air purification device, comprising a body 101 having telescopic rods 102 with motorized wheels 103 for enabling autonomous movement across a factory area, an inspection arrangement 104 to detect presence of workers, a Peltier-based cooling blower 105 to deliver adjustable temperature-controlled air, multiple iris holes 106 to regulate airflow, a HEPA air filtration arrangement 107 to filter airborne particulates, dust, and harmful contaminants from the ambient air, a covering unit 108 to selectively deploy around a target area to form a semi-enclosed cooling zone for enhanced localized temperature control, a geo-fencing arrangement 109 to define a virtual operating boundary, enabling navigation and wheel 103 locking upon approaching the boundary and a sensing arrangement 111 to detect ambient air temperature, skin temperature, humidity, and sweat levels on the worker's skin to assess environmental conditions."
