The system utilizes a mobile device equipped with a GPS receiver to determine the user's current location. Based on the GPS coordinates, the system accesses a database of land parcel information, including but not limited to: land code, ownership details, area and dimensions, land use classification, value and tax information, nearby amenities, and development potential. The system then dynamically retrieves and displays the relevant information for the land parcel corresponding to the user's location. This allows users to quickly and easily obtain comprehensive information about any land parcel in their vicinity, enabling informed decision-making in various land-related scenarios such as property investment, development planning, and land management."
