MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127139 A) filed by Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'micro-green enriched dip preparation device.'
Inventor(s) include Himani Yadav; Dr. Jyoti Goyat; and Dr. Barkha Bhatnagar.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A micro-green enriched dip preparation device comprises a housing 101 stored with a plurality of storage compartments 102 to store leguminous and plant-based ingredients, a motorized iris unit 105 to precisely dispense the ingredients in required quantities, a cutting chamber 106 connected with specific compartments via a dedicated channel for receiving specific ingredients, a plant-based curd preparation arrangement to prepare plant-based curd, a mixing receptacle 116 provided inside the housing 101, connected with the preparation arrangement and cutting chamber 106 via a network of hollow passages 117, a motorized grinding unit 118 installed inside the receptacle 116, actuated by the microcontroller to blend the soaked and chopped ingredients to prepare a plant-based pure, a dispensing unit 119 integrated with the receptacle 116 via a hollow tube 120, the dispensing unit 119 configured to pour the prepared plant-based dip into a serving container 108 for consumption."
