According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to methods for determining a resource state, apparatuses, and a storage medium. A method comprises: a terminal device sending a first message to a network device, wherein the first message may comprise a first parameter domain, the first parameter domain may be used for indicating a resource usage state of at least one first wireless resource within a configured grant (CG) period, and the first wireless resource may be a wireless resource allocated to the terminal device by the network device on the basis of a configured grant (CG) transmission mode. Therefore, the terminal device can report to the network device the resource usage state of the first wireless resource, so that the network device can flexibly use and schedule the first wireless resource according to the resource usage state, thus improving the utilization rate of wireless resources allocated on the basis of the CG transmission mode."
