Method further includes determining, by an optimal machine learning model a settlement volume prediction for each issuer server based on the settlement-related features corresponding to each issuer server. Method further includes computing an adjusted settlement volume for each issuer server based on the settlement volume prediction and the hierarchically linked time series corresponding to each issuer. Method further includes facilitating transmission of a settlement volume prediction message including the corresponding adjusted settlement volume to each issuer server."
