Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on May 16, 2024, for 'methods and systems for handling multi-protocol data unit (mpdu) packets in a wireless network communication.'

Inventor(s) include Madhurapantula, Shweta; and Singh, Gunjan Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed herein is a method (800) for providing an improved approach to header parsing and preparation of packets with contiguous sequence numbers (SN) in a wireless communication network. The method (800) includes handling multi-protocol data unit (MPDU) packets in wireless network communication. The method includes steps of determining (802) whether a packet type associated with one or more packets is one of a regular packet or an MPDU packet. Further, the method (800) includes adding (804), by a transmitter, a reserved bit in a Media Access Control (MAC) PDU structure indicating MPDU packets, based at least on determination. Further, the method (800) includes adding (806), by the transmitter, a PDU field in the MAC PDU structure indicating the number of PDUs with continuous Sequence Number (SN) in the MPDU packets. Successively, the method (800) includes transmitting (808) the one or more packets with the MAC PDU including the reserved bit and the PDU field to a receiver."
