Method includes generating, by a trained temporal Machine Learning (ML)-based model, a set of temporal embeddings from set of authorization features. Method includes generating a set of combined embeddings from the set of temporal embeddings, the set of non-authorization features, and ticket size of the ongoing payment transaction. Method includes computing, by an intent-to-pay ML-based model, an intent-to-pay score of the cardholder for ongoing payment transaction based on the set of combined embeddings, indicating likelihood of the cardholder to perform repayment(s)."
