The method performed by a server system includes accessing account-related features, Top-of-Wallet (TOW) embeddings, and TOW score corresponding to each account holder from a database. Method includes assigning TOW segment to each account holder based on the TOW score corresponding to each account holder and generating combined feature vector for each account holder from the TOW segments based on concatenating the account-related features, TOW embeddings, and the corresponding TOW label. Method includes generating, by a credit risk-and-exposure (CRE) categorization Machine Learning (ML) model, CRE embeddings for each account holder based on the combined feature vector and determining CRE score corresponding to each account holder based on the CRE embeddings and CRE threshold criteria. Method includes assigning a CRE class to each account holder based on the CRE score."
