MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517073595 A) filed by Natera, Inc., San Carlos, U.S.A., on Aug. 1, for 'methods and compositions for amplifying methylated target dna molecules.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides methods and compositions for preparing DNA molecules useful for determining a methylation status of selected regions of the DNA molecules.
