According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present application relate to methods and apparatuses for a condition-based cell switching procedure under a 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) 5G system or the like. According to an embodiment of the present application, a user equipment (UE) includes a transceiver and a processor coupled to the transceiver, and the processor is configured to: receive radio resource control (RRC) configuration information associated with one or more candidate cells via the transceiver from a source cell; and transmit an RRC configuration complete message via the transceiver in response to accessing one candidate cell within the one or more candidate cells based on the RRC configuration information. In some embodiments of the present application, accessing one candidate cell may be triggered by a lower layer signaling."
