MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547094707 A) filed by Optiml Vision Inc., Newark, U.S.A., on Oct. 1, for 'methods, systems and computer program products for monitoring or controlling user access at a point-of-service.'
