Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Method For Operating Device And Device Using Same In Wireless Communication System' Filed by Lg Electronics Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517099145 A) filed by Lg Electronics Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Oct. 14, for 'method for operating device and device using same in wireless communication system.'

Inventor(s) include You, Hyangsun; Ko, Hyunsoo; and Kim, Seonwook.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are a method for operating a device and a device using same in a wireless communication system. The method involves: receiving information used in configuring parameters, applicable to a specific frequency band, of an uplink data channel; and performing repetitive transmission of the uplink data channel on the basis of the information. When, in the repetitive transmission, both a full duplex (FD) time resource and a half duplex (HD) time resource are included among time resources configured in order to transmit a specific uplink data channel, the transmission of the specific uplink data channel is skipped."
