MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511102433 A) filed by Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, on Oct. 24, 2025, for 'method for answering kkk-wise statistical queries.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for answering kkk-wise statistical queries, comprising these steps of receiving a plurality of statistical queries each having an arity kkk, generating a set of data samples from an underlying distribution, applying a sample reuse scheme selected from at least one of: reusing independent pseudo-samples for adaptive queries, or reusing dependent kkk-wise samples for non-adaptive queries, estimating answers to the statistical queries using the reused samples and outputting the estimated answers with a reduced computational or sample complexity relative to a baseline strategy without sample reuse."
