MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097517 A) filed by Robert Bosch Gmbh, Stuttgart, Germany, on Oct. 9, for 'method for adjusting a determined anchor position of a gas injector, gas injector, and vehicle.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a method (100) for adjusting a determined anchor position of a gas injector (10), having the following steps: detecting a current (S1) present at an actuator (12) for changing the anchor position, generating a signal (S2) which increases the present current to a predetermined value when the present current drops to a predetermined level, detecting a number of the generation (S3) of the signal over a predetermined period, for forming a control frequency, determining the anchor position (S4) based on a change in the formed control frequency, adjusting the determined anchor position (S5) based on calibration information."
