Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Method Device And Computer Program Product For Wireless Communication' Filed by Zte Corporation

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527070023 A) filed by Zte Corporation, Guangdong, China, on July 23, for 'method device and computer program product for wireless communication.'

Inventor(s) include Niu Li; Dai Bo; Lu Ting; and Gao Yuan.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wireless communication method is disclosed. The method comprises relaying by a relay wireless communication terminal Internet of Things IoT information between a wireless communication node and an IoT wireless communication terminal via an IoT Uu protocol stack of the relay wireless communication terminal and via a Uu protocol stack of the relay wireless communication terminal wherein the IoT Uu protocol stack is used for a communication between the relay wireless communication terminal and the IoT wireless communication terminal and the Uu protocol stack is used for a communication between the relay wireless communication terminal and the wireless communication node."

The patent application was internationally filed on Apr. 28, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/091897.
