MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411071933 A) filed by Omnia Information Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana, on Sept. 23, 2024, for 'method and system of smart data authorisation across wi-fi users.'

A cornerstone of this invention is the incorporation of an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) detection architecture that facilitates the implementation of geolocation-centric, real-time differential data usage policies on an assortment of Wi-Fi-enabled apparatuses during their attempt to establish connectivity with Wi-Fi networks."
