MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441076570 A) filed by Accenture Global Solutions Limited, Dublin, on Oct. 9, 2024, for 'method and system for product development data analysis.'

Inventor(s) include Karuppasamy, Selvakuberan; Varghese, Vinu; Kharat, Milind Pandurang; Bm, Sunil Kumar; Chattopadhyay, Ujjala; Sampat, Nirav Jagdish; Prasad, Saran; Dhananjayan, Litha; and Thenraj Gunasekaran, Praveen.

The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure discloses methods and systems for product development data analysis. The method includes loading a plurality of large language models (LLMs) including a base LLM or a domain specific fine-tuned LLM, followed by identifying for the each LLM, a set of parameters. The method also includes removing, a subset of parameters of the set of parameters, wherein each parameter of the subset of parameters has a same respective position for the each LLM. Further an average value is computed for each parameter of the remaining parameters of fine-tuned LLM followed by, computing a percentage deviance of the computed average value from a parameter value of each parameter of the remaining parameters of the base LLM. Consequently, a merged multimodal LLM of the plurality of large language models is generated, using either the average value or the parameter value of the parameter of the base LLM."
