MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541117101 A) filed by Sprinto Technology Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka, on Nov. 25, 2025, for 'method and system for predicting an information security violation and orchestrating remediation path.'
Inventor(s) include Prabodh Kumar Enumula.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system (100) for predicting an information security violation and dynamically orchestrating a remediation path using a machine learning model (106) is disclosed. The system (100) includes a user device (102), external resources (114A-N) that provide asset data, and a network (104) connected to a prediction and remediation server (110). The prediction and remediation server (110) includes a processor (108) and a memory (112) storing instructions to ingest asset data, generate a graph of nodes and edges representing controls, requirements, frameworks, or rules, and assign context-sensitive edge weights. The processor (108) detects anomalies through monitoring checks, stores a remediation path, and obtains task-execution telemetry features and contextual features. The machine learning model (106) determines a likelihood of an information security violation. Based on this likelihood, the processor (108) dynamically updates the remediation path by adjusting urgency, selecting system-generated actions, and modifying escalation plans."
