The system (100) includes at least one hardware processor (122), instruction signal generator (124), and a memory (120). The memory (120) stores instructions that, when executed by the at least one hardware processor (122), cause the at least one hardware processor (122) to collect data. The one or more instructions includes collecting, receiving, capturing, retrieving, determining, calculating, monitoring, and recommending. The instruction signal generator (124) to generate signals pertaining to one or more alert signals corresponding to the one or more notifications in response to the identification of the location and the course of the at least one maritime vessel."
