The automatic identification system (102) includes an Automatic Identification System transmitter/receiver (104). The Automatic Identification System transmitter/receiver (104) is installed on a maritime vessel (302) of one or more maritime vessels. In addition, the main server (308) includes a vessel tracking system (310). The vessel tracking system (310) includes a memory (312) and one or more processor (314). The one or more processor (314) executes one or more instructions. The one or more instructions includes collecting, receiving, capturing, training, initiating, detecting, determining, estimating, identifying, and generating data. In addition, the system (300) generates alerts associated with the maritime vessel (302)."
