The group of participants may access the collaboration segment through the global interface to perform collaborative actions. The performed collaborative actions and outcomes are dynamically updated on the collaboration segment corresponding to the configurable item. Further, the performed collaborative actions and the outcomes are displayed in real time to the participants. The present disclosure enables collaboration among all the groups of participants associated with the ICS environment through a collaboration management system, which allows for real-time communication and collaboration."
