MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441078581 A) filed by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on Oct. 16, 2024, for 'method and system for controlling capacitive load for ring oscillator.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for controlling a capacitive load for a ring oscillator may include determining, using a comparator bank, at least one Process Voltage and Temperature (PVT) condition of the ring oscillator based on a ring top voltage, the comparator bank including a first comparator and a second comparator, and the ring oscillator including a plurality of stages, and controlling, using processing circuitry, a capacitive load of the ring oscillator based on the determined at least one PVT condition, the capacitive load connected at an output of each stage of the plurality of stages of the ring oscillator."
