The method includes processing (304) the information corresponding to the plurality of entry-level tasks to determine a difficulty score for each of the plurality of entry-level tasks based on a set of parameters. The method includes generating (306) a plurality of semantic clusters including one or more of the plurality of entry-level tasks, based on the difficulty score. The method includes arranging (308) each of the plurality of semantic clusters in a sequential learning order. The method includes generating (310) the personalized training curriculum including a set of assignments for the user based on the sequential learning order. The method includes rendering (312) the personalized training curriculum to the user."
