The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present disclosure relates methods (600, 700, 800), user equipment (UE) (400), and server (500) for enabling application-coordinated UE-to-UE communication over a 3GPP network using the SEAL (Service Enabler Architecture Layer) framework. A Vertical Application Layer (VAL) client (103) on an initiating UE (101) sends a first HTTP POST request with an XML document detailing service requirements to a SEAL Network Resource Management Server (SNRM-S) (107). The SNRM-S (107) processes the request, identifies VAL service requirements with the target UE (109), and initiates a multicast-broadcast (MBS) session via the 3GPP system. If needed, the SNRM-S (107) retrieves additional details from the target UE (109). After session establishment, the SNRM-S (107) sends a second HTTP POST notifies the initiating UE (101) representing an outcome of the application coordinated connectivity initiation."
