MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517041381 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 29, for 'method and device for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Chen, Yu; and Zhang, Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application discloses a method and a device for wireless communication. The method comprises: receiving first signaling; in response to receiving the first signaling, entering an RRC inactive state, whether to maintain a first cell in the RRC inactive state depending on whether execution of the first signaling will suspend a radio bearer in a first radio bearer set; when execution of the first signaling does not suspend at least one radio bearer in the first radio bearer set, the first cell being maintained in the RRC inactive state; when execution of the first signaling will suspend all radio bearers in the first radio bearer set, whether to maintain the first cell in the RRC inactive state depending on a first criterion, the first criterion being used for cell selection; the first cell being a serving cell of a first node, and the first cell providing first service. The method proposed by the present application can ensure service receiving quality."
