MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517074506 A) filed by Lg Electronics Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 5, for 'method and device for transmission/reception based on dynamic user priority assignment in wireless lan system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed are a method and device for transmission/reception based on dynamic user priority assignment in a wireless LAN system. A method performed by a first station (STA) in a wireless LAN system according to an embodiment disclosed herein may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to a second STA, a request including information related to first traffic identifier (TID)-to-user priority (UP) (TID-to-UP) mapping; receiving, from the second STA, a response including at least one of the acceptance/rejection of the information related to the first TID-to-UP mapping or information related to second TID-to-UP mapping; and performing frame exchange with the second STA on the basis of the information related to the first TID-to-UP mapping or the information related to the second TID-to-UP mapping."
