MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517042362 A) filed by M10 Solar Equipment Gmbh, Freiburg, Germany, on May 1, for 'method and device for applying adhesive to solar elements, method for producing solar modules and solar module manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Jehl, Dominique; Fehrenbach, Michael; Kiefer, Joachim; and Baumann, Frank.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The device relates, inter alia, to a method for applying more particularly electrically conductive adhesive to solar elements (2), wherein a solar element (2) is moved, by means of a workpiece carrier (5) of a supplying device (7), in a transfer movement, to a dispensing nozzle (4) of a dispensing device (3) for adhesive, and adhesive is applied to the solar element (2). Prior to application of the adhesive, a setting movement is carried out transverse to the transfer movement, and as a result a defined distance is set at which the solar element (2) is then moved past at the dispensing nozzle (4) for the application of adhesive."
The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 09, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/077874.
