MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517046961 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 15, for 'method and apparatus used in node for wireless communication.'

Inventor(s) include Wu, Keying; Wang, Ping; and Zhang, Xiaobo.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication. The method comprises: a first node receiving first signaling, which comprises scheduling information of a first signal; and receiving or sending the first signal in a first symbol set, wherein a first BWP is an active BWP, the first signaling indicates a second BWP, the first signaling comprises a first domain and a second domain, the first domain is used for determining the first symbol set, the second domain is used for determining frequency domain resource allocation of the first signal, the bit width of the second domain is a first bit width, which depends on the size of the first BWP, and an indication of the second domain depends on a second bit width, which depends on the size of the second BWP and the first symbol set. The method improves transmission and scheduling flexibility, optimizes signaling designs, ensures good compatibility, and increases a resource utilization rate."

The patent application was internationally filed on Sept. 20, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/119884.
