MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517042897 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 2, for 'method and apparatus used in node for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Hu, Yang; and Zhang, Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication. The method comprises: a first receiver receiving first signaling, wherein the first signaling is used for determining a first time-frequency resource set, the first time-frequency resource set is associated with a first SPS configuration, and the first time-frequency resource set belongs to frequency-domain resources in a first frequency band configuration in terms of a frequency domain; and the first receiver receiving second signaling, wherein the second signaling is used for determining a target frequency band configuration, and the target frequency band configuration is a frequency band configuration after one frequency band configuration changes; the first time-frequency resource set is later than the second signaling in terms of the time domain, and a first time delay is equal to a time delay between the second signaling and the first time-frequency resource set in terms of the time domain; and whether to receive, in the first time-frequency resource set, a PDSCH for the first SPS configuration is related to at least one of the relationship between the target frequency band configuration and the first frequency band or the first time delay."
The patent application was internationally filed on June 26, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/102490.
