MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517054017 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on June 4, for 'method and apparatus for wireless communication.'

Inventor(s) include Wu, Keying; and Zhang, Xiaobo.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for wireless communication. The method comprises: a first node receiving first signaling; and sending a first signal, wherein the first signaling comprises a first domain; the first domain in the first signaling is used for determining a first SRS resource group, and the first SRS resource group is used for determining an antenna port that sends the first signal; a first power control parameter group is used for determining the sending power of the first signal; the first signal carries at least one codeword; the first signaling comprises a first bit group, and the first bit group in the first signaling is used for determining an MCS for the first signal; and the first power control parameter group depends on the first domain in the first signaling and the first bit group in the first signaling. By means of the method, the flexibility of an uplink power control parameter group is ensured, such that the uplink transmission performance is ensured, and the signaling overhead is reduced."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 01, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/129073.
