MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517041724 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 30, for 'method and apparatus for wireless communication.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for wireless communication. The method comprises: a node first receiving a first information block, the first information block being used for determining M1 first-type cell sets; and then receiving first signaling; the M1 first-type cell sets are respectively associated with M1 second-type cell sets; the first signaling at least comprises a first domain and a second domain; when the first domain in the first signaling indicates "1", the second domain in the first signaling is used for indicating a first cell set from the M1 first-type cell sets; or when the first domain in the first signaling indicates "0", the second domain in the first signaling is used for indicating a second cell set from the M1 second-type cell sets; and any serving cell in the second cell set is a serving cell in the first cell set. The present application improves the relationship between uplink and downlink carriers when multiple carriers are scheduled by a single DCI, thereby improving the overall performance."
