MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517034778 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 9, for 'method and apparatus for wireless communication.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for wireless communication. The apparatus comprises: a first receiver which receives a first CSI ReportConfig and first DCI; and a first transmitter which sends at least a first CSI report in response to receiving the first DCI wherein the first CSI ReportConfig is used for configuring at least the first CSI report the first CSI report occupying a CSI processing unit from a first symbol until a last symbol of a first physical layer channel the first CSI report being on the first physical layer channel and the first symbol being related to a reportConfigType field in the first CSI ReportConfig. The present application can reduce implementation complexity optimize CPU occupancy improve the feedback efficiency for CSI and improve performance."
