MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517041868 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 30, for 'method and apparatus for use in communication node of wireless communication.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application discloses a method and apparatus for use in a communication node of wireless communication. The method comprises: a communication node receiving a first message; starting a first timer; sending a second message; receiving first target signaling; and processing at least one of the first timer or a second timer according to a trigger condition of at least the second message, wherein the first timer is used for determining whether uplink transmission for a first configuration uplink grant is aligned; the second timer is used for determining whether uplink transmission for a first cell is aligned; the first configuration uplink grant is associated with the first cell; the first target signaling is used for determining that the second message is successfully received, or is an MAC CE comprising at least a timing advance command, or is used for determining that the contention resolution for a first random access process is successfully completed; and the second message is sent according to the first configuration uplink grant, or is sent in a second random access process."
