Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Method And Apparatus For Transmitting Signal In Wireless Communication System' Filed by Wilus Institute Of Standards And Technology Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079433 A) filed by Wilus Institute Of Standards And Technology Inc., Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 21, for 'method and apparatus for transmitting signal in wireless communication system.'

Inventor(s) include Noh, Minseok; Seok, Geunyoung; Yoon, Youngjoon; Son, Juhyung; and Kwak, Jinsam.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, specifically, to a method and a wireless device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: for a plurality of SL transmissions within a slot, determining a CAPC value per each SL transmission; and for transmitting the plurality of SL transmissions in the slot, performing a Type 1 CAP on the basis of the highest CAPC value among a plurality of CAPC values associated with the plurality of SL transmissions."
