According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for transmitting configuration information, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: sending configuration information to a user equipment, the configuration information comprising N types of radio link control (RLC) entities corresponding to a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity in the user equipment. In the method of the present disclosure, a network device sends configuration information to a user equipment, so as to configure N types of RLC entities associated with the PDCP entity to the user equipment. Therefore, the user equipment can perform effective distribution on service data according to the configuration information, so as to improve the efficiency of transmitting the service data."
