MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517041692 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 30, for 'method and apparatus for node in wireless communication.'

Inventor(s) include Hu, Yang; and Zhang, Xiaobo.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application discloses a method and device used in a node for wireless communication. The device comprises: a first receiver for receiving first DCI, the first DCI comprising a first domain; and a first transmitter for sending a first PUCCH at a first power, wherein the first power depends on a value of the first domain at least in the first DCI and Q1 components, Q1 being a positive integer; the Q1 components are in one-to-one correspondence with Q1 serving cells; a given serving cell is one of the Q1 serving cells; for the given serving cell, a corresponding component is equal to the total amount of DCI that is detected in at least one PDCCH monitoring occasion, occupies the given serving cell, and satisfies a first condition, and one DCI satisfying the first condition schedules a plurality of serving cells."

The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 28, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/115173.
