MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517042428 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 1, for 'method and apparatus for node in wireless communication.'

Inventor(s) include Wu, Lu; and Zhang, Xiaobo.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method used in a node for wireless communication, and an apparatus. A first node receives first signaling, which is used for indicating a first RE set, and sends a first code block set and a first bit block only in a target RE subset in the first RE set. The number of bits included in the first code block set is used for determining the target RE subset from the first RE set; a first control information block comprises the first bit block, and the number of bits included in the first control information block and the number of bits included in the first code block set are jointly used for determining a first integer; the number of all REs in the target RE subset which meet a first condition is used for determining a second integer; a first target integer is the number of coded modulation symbols of each layer in the target RE subset which are used for transmission of the first bit block, the first target integer being not greater than the first integer, and the first target integer being not greater than the second integer."

The patent application was internationally filed on Sept. 04, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/116660.
