Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Method And Apparatus For Implementing A Change Of Coil Of Electrode Web For The Production Of Electrochemical Cells' Filed by G. D S. P. A.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527072143 A) filed by G. D S. P. A., Bologna, Italy, on July 29, for 'method and apparatus for implementing a change of coil of electrode web for the production of electrochemical cells.'

Inventor(s) include Esposti Marco; and Rizzo Gennaro.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for joining a first electrode web to a second electrode web comprises: providing a first free end (l1) of a first electrode web (n1); providing a second free end (l2) of a second electrode web (f2) at said first free end (l1) of the first electrode web (f1); applying a first connection element (60b) at said first free end (l1) and second free end (l2); applying a second connection element (70b) at said first free end (l1) and second free end (l2)."
